Suing the Government for Covid Vaccine Injuries is Not the Answer
Taxpayers should not shoulder the burden of Covid vaccine injury claims – we must punish and extract reparations from the actual culprits
A fun way of raising the eyebrows of the credulous, here in Australia at least, is by mentioning Covid vaccine injuries and waiting for someone to roll their eyes and call you a conspiracy theorist, then saying, “So how come the government is paying out vaccine injury claims?”

Such has been the effectiveness of the propaganda these past few years that most are still unaware that not only has it been quietly acknowledged that the Covid vaccines were indeed unsafe, but some governments have even started implementing injury compensation programs.
Ironically Australia – one of the most aggressive proponents of the experimental mRNA jab – is among them. And the irony grows richer when one notes that despite this, the jab is still being encouraged here, and even mandated in some areas. But even as mainstream news outlets begin to report on the vaccine injuries most Aussies remain either innocently or wilfully ignorant of the greatest crime against humanity in history.
For us to achieve justice, this must change – not only here, but all around the world. Once a plurality of people accept that these so-called vaccines were not safe as was chanted ad nauseum but the governments and influencers who pushed them on us, and that we were lied to and unduly coerced, then the whole rotten edifice will come crashing to the ground.
Is it only a matter of time? Or is the collective will to save face and avoid admitting any gullibility – or worse, culpability – too strong?
I believe this is part of the problem – far too many are culpable and thus will go to their graves refusing to acknowledge the truth. These folk number in the millions globally: the politicians, the news media, the health care professionals, the HR departments, senior management at companies where the jab was mandated…
On and on this list goes to the point where one realises that perhaps we will never see the mass acceptance we require to begin the wheels of justice turning. Too many have too much to lose.
Who then can be made to pay? The pharmaceutical companies were given indemnity from the beginning – so that avenue would appear to be closed for now.
Perhaps this is why a class action lawsuit against the government is underway in Australia. Organised by Queensland GP Dr Melissa McCann, the suit takes aim at the Commonwealth government and the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), along with several senior public servants, alleging negligence, breach of statutory duty and misfeasance in public office.
This is positive in terms of raising awareness and normalising the idea of accountability, but there’s just one problem:
Even if the suit is successful, which given the nature of establishment pushback on this issue still is dubious, the reparations will be made at the taxpayers’ expense. In other words, the injured will be paying for their own compensation.
What everyone seems to miss about taxpayer-funded spending is that with every billion dollars we create out of thin air, whether it’s to pay for the cost of the lockdowns; or buy millions of vials of mRNA from Pfizer and Moderna; or send to Zelensky to do God-knows-what with; or indeed to compensate the people who were injured by the mRNA which they themselves paid for in the first place… with every dollar we create, we weaken the economy, devalue our money, and make life harder for every regular working person.
Let’s do some simple maths:
News.com.au reports that as of April 12, Services Australia had received 3501 applications and paid 137 claims totalling more than $7.3 million. Another 2263 claims are still in progress, 405 have been withdrawn and 696 deemed not payable.
As of April 16, the TGA has received 138,307 total adverse event reports.
A 2010 study conducted by Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Inc., a health insurance company that has a research affiliation with Harvard University, found that fewer than 1% of vaccine adverse events are reported.
Extrapolation then suggests that up to 13 million Australians have had an adverse reaction to the Covid jabs.
That is half the population of the country, and quite frankly this figure would not surprise me. Anecdotally I would guess half the people I know have had some form of adverse reaction – from the mild (e.g. being sick with flu like symptoms for a few days), to the medium (e.g. my girlfriend developed a severe psoriasis-like condition on her scalp which lasted three months), to the severe (e.g. a colleague of mine had a massive stroke and lost virtually all bodily and cognitive function; my girlfriend’s best friend has chronic myocarditis).
Let us be generous though and cut that number in half and say 6 million Australians have had an adverse reaction.
Let us then cut it in half again by assuming that 3 million of them were either so negligible as to warrant no litigious action or to be dismissed by the determining agency.
Let us then assume that of the remaining 3 million only half have the motivation to join any present or future class action.
This leaves us with 1.5 million.
If 137 claims have already cost the Australian taxpayers $7.3 million, then we can infer an average payout of $53,284.67 per claim, and that a further 1.5 million claims would add a whopping $79,927,007,299.27 to that price tag.
When you compare this figure to the mere $17 billion of taxpayers’ money the Australian government spent on the vaccines themselves, the whole thing begins to take on a vile and sickening irony, especially when you extrapolate the figures to the rest of the world.
While grudgingly conceded by the government, it is small wonder the subject of Covid vaccine injuries gets such little airtime. Most news media is still deathly silent on the matter, and I am in fact surprised that even a Murdoch-owned outlet has reported on it.
I don’t believe, even if 1.5 million Australians came forward and joined a class action, that the government would pay. Yet it is not outside the realm of possibility, given enough public attention, that they might be forced into a position where they had to make such a settlement.
But even so, it is all a sick joke.
Yes, the vaccine injured deserve a payout – and I would posit, much more than the presumptive average payout figure of $53,000.
But even if through our ongoing activism we do reach such a point, the money will come out of our pockets – the taxpayers.
One could not script a more diabolically villainous plot.
Starting from the premise that you accept there was even such a thing as SARS-CoV-2 (which I do have my doubts about), first, they overhype a virus which is harmless to the vast majority of people and terrify the population into accepting a complete removal of civil liberties; then they mortgage the future tax receipts of our great-grandchildren to pay for a totally unnecessary, untested, ineffective, and dangerous medication; then they mortgage the future tax receipts of our great-great-great grandchildren to pay compensation to the injured!
It is not often words fail me, but I don’t have the vocabulary nor the spiritual fortitude on this chilly autumn evening to express the viciousness with which I despise the people who have done this to us.
It is good that the vaccine injured are coming forward and that class actions are happening. It is a start. But suing the government is not the answer. For bookkeeping purposes, the government is the people. It is an absurd and grotesque proposition that we should further burden the public debt with this expense.
First and foremost, public scrutiny must be directed at the pharmaceutical companies, chiefly Pfizer and Moderna. Yes, they have indemnity – but only insofar as it can be proved they did not mislead the public as to the safety and efficacy of their product. It is clear now from the findings of the Pfizer Reports, painstakingly analysed by Naomi Wolf and her team at Daily Clout, that they did mislead us. If enough people are made aware of these findings and the movement gathers enough steam, governments will be forced to rescind the indemnity and we can sue these mother******s into oblivion. Grab a copy of the Pfizer Documents Analysis, it’s dry stuff, but everyone should know what’s in it.
But completely independently of the outcome of this endeavour, we must hold accountable all the other individuals who enabled this crime. Everyone from our heads of state on down: Our public health officials who told bald-faced lies; journalists and news anchors who cajoled their viewers into compliance; the thousands of GPs who abandoned their duty of care; the pharmacists who became servile dispensaries; the employers who mandated the jab; the celebrities who shilled for it; the social media functionaries who pushed misinformation on safety and efficacy; even the regular everyday folk who bullied and shamed their friends, family and colleagues into rolling up their sleeves.
All must pay.
I recently tweeted out this video mashup which shows the same news anchor and public health expert, 18 months apart – first demanding vaccine mandates, and then demanding government compensation for the injured.
It is people like this and the many thousands like them who I’m referring to when I say all must pay. We punish abusers in our society – at least we claim to… I know men who’ve paid hundreds of thousands in legal fees and lost access to their homes and children defending highly questionable charges of ‘domestic violence’ (in the state of Victoria, words and even facial expressions are now classed as domestic violence – provided that they emanate from the male in the relationship of course).
Yet we are incapable of calling out the many people in our communities who actively sought to force us into injecting ourselves with a substance which was predicted at the time and has since been proven to cause a multitude of debilitating injuries and death.
All must pay.
Those who wish to admit how horribly misled they were, ask forgiveness, and make amends as best they can, are of course forgiven.
But I see very little evidence of this anywhere. Far more common is the gaslighting we see in the above video. And these people, as I have repeatedly said, should receive no amnesty.
You may have already read the commentary I appended to the above tweet, but I wish to paraphrase it in closing, such is my conviction as to how we should treat the culprits:
Why should the taxpayers cover this expense? More to the point, why should those of us who were opposed to the vaccines from the start cover it? How about the perpetrators and enablers pay from their own pockets and professional indemnity policies? The politicians, bureaucrats, business leaders, doctors, media personalities, and celebrities who shilled endlessly for this BS product.
But it does not end with the prominent and credentialed. When Europe was liberated from Nazi rule, punishment was not reserved only for the higher-ups; all collaborators were made to pay. I see this as no different, meaning we must include on our list of culprits anyone, no matter how lowly, who actively championed this crime and who instead of repenting is still attempting to gaslight their way out of culpability.
They should all be subject to public hearings, chastised and humiliated, made to endure graphic victim impact statements, then compelled to contribute the greater value of any assets they own to a reparations fund for the injured, before serving substantial prison sentences.
I've said it before and I’ll keep saying it: #NoAmnesty for #CrimesAgainstHumanity
